Hamish Henderson said that collecting folksongs in the berry fields of Blair, Perthshire, in the 1950s was like holding a tin beneath Niagara. I have the same feeling with the wealth of folk and roots materials available on the Internet, and I particular love seeing artists at work on YouTube.
